School of Medicine - MD Program

The M.D. Program at the School of Medicine is dedicated to shaping the next generation of patient-focused, compassionate physicians who will not only excel in the medical field but also deeply serve their communities. Our program offers students the rare opportunity to develop their passion for healthcare through hands-on experiences with renowned faculty and exposure to complex patient cases in cutting-edge medical clinics. Whether working with the latest medical technologies or learning the invaluable lessons of rural healthcare delivery, our students graduate fully equipped to pursue specialized postgraduate training and step confidently into the medical world.

Your gift – no matter the size – has the power to directly ease the financial strain on our students, enabling them to immerse themselves fully in their studies and experiences. It is an investment in the future of healthcare, not only for our students but also for the state of West Virginia. By supporting our M.D. Program, you are ensuring that compassionate, skilled physicians are trained and ready to make a meaningful impact in the communities that need them most. Together, we can help transform the healthcare landscape for generations to come. A gift to one of the priority funds below will have a significant impact today:
