The Empowerment and Support Fund is designed to provide a holistic approach to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. By integrating resources, training, early intervention, and transition services, this fund aims to empower families, enhance outcomes for individuals with disabilities through direct services, training, and innovative research, and support individuals as they navigate important life transitions.

- Provide essential resources, training, and counseling for families caring for loved ones with disabilities. This component ensures that families have the knowledge, tools, and advocacy skills they need to effectively support their loved ones.
- Early Intervention Services:
- Fund early childhood programs that offer outreach, screening, and intervention services for young children with disabilities. This supports families in maximizing developmental outcomes, facilitating school readiness and ensuring children receive vital early assistance.
- Transition Assistance:
