There are many different programs and initiatives at West Virginia University worthy of your support. With the ability to direct your gift to any school, department or program at the university, you can make a difference in the area most meaningful to you. Below are two particular areas in need of support:

Fund for WVU (Greatest Needs) allows the University the flexibility to address our most pressing needs. WVU is committed to transforming our students, our state and our word together toward greater prosperity.

We Are Stronger Together Fund helps WVU students in need. The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically altered the lives of current and prospective students and their families, many of whom are unsure how they will afford higher education costs for the foreseeable future. Your continued support of students in need is changing lives. We will emerge stronger—together.

Help spread the word about WVU Day of Giving by sharing the promotional video from the @WVUFoundation Facebook account. Tweet Challenge: 8 a.m.
Help get WVU Day of Giving going on Twitter by promoting the day and the unit you wish to support. The fifth tweet between 8 and 9 a.m. will earn $500 for their unit, the 25th tweet will earn $1,000 for their unit and the 50th tweet will earn $1,500 for their unit.
