Every day, we see the impact donor support has on our students. 

On WVU Day of Giving, we ask for support to the following funds to empower the College to create incredible opportunities for our students, faculty, and staff. 

Creative Arts Greatest Needs 

Our Greatest Needs Fund allows the Dean to respond to student and faculty needs, including travel, special programs, technology upgrades and classroom supplies.

Pride Practice Facility

Gifts to the Pride Practice Facility will go directly to building a new facility for our marching band.

WVU Feature Twirler Scholarship

Assists in recruitment efforts of the WVU Twirling program, helping WVU Feature Twirlers achieve their academic and athletic goals. An anonymous donor has agreed to donate $5,000 towards this scholarship once the first $5,000 is donated to it on WVU Day of Giving.

School of Theatre & Dance Greatest Needs Fund

A challenge has been presented… do you accept? Gifts to this fund allow students to fulfill their passion and enthusiasm for the art of live theatre and dance. Once the first $10,000 is donated to this fund on Day of Giving it will unlock an additional $10,000 to support our theatre program

Pride Travel Fund

Gifts made to the Pride Travel Fund allow the band to perform at locations across the state and country. Performances away from Milan Puskar Stadium allow the band to serve as an ambassador for WVU as it performs in front of alumni, friends, and prospective students.

Art Museum of WVU Dr. Joyce Ice Fund for Acquisitions and Exhibitions

Gifts made to this fund on WVU Day of Giving will broadly support our exhibition program.
