You’ve been integral to our College’s major milestones – new majors, new buildings, breakthrough tech, anniversaries, national recognitions, first female (Hi, Natalie!) and first freshman (Hi, Mary!) Mountaineer Mascots – and this year is no different as we celebrate the 20th Anniversary of our online Integrated Marketing Communications master’s degree program. It was the nation’s first fully online IMC program and it’s been one of the top programs in the country ever since.
While there’s much to be proud of and to celebrate, these milestones don’t come without hard work, grit and even moments of struggle. Your financial support eases those struggles for our dedicated students, which is why Dean Diana Martinelli recently established the Student Emergency Fund.
Together, we can ensure that many more generations of WVU Reed College of Media students are part of the milestones that have become some of our proudest and most cherished memories.
Your support empowers the Reed College of Media to create opportunities, including …
• Student Emergency Fund for high-need students to cover the cost of tuition, books or other scholarly necessities in moments of financial distress
• IMC & DMC Scholarships for deserving graduate students enrolled in the online Data, Digital and Integrated Marketing Communications master’s degree programs
• Graduate Scholarships for Reed College of Media graduate students who strive to be leaders and entrepreneurs in the fields of journalism, public interest or strategic communications
• Public Interest Communications Research Lab to support research, student workers and travel related to state and community service
• Greatest Needs Fund, which helps address pressing student, faculty and programmatic challenges and opportunities
When you make a gift—no matter the size—you make an immediate difference in the lives of WVU Reed College of Media students. Your spirited generosity and devotion to the school are greatly appreciated.
