WVU Jackson's Mill

WVU Jackson’s Mill is a special place where the next generation of West Virginians come to learn, grow and experience the beauty of our state. For over 100 years, the Mill has served as a cornerstone for youth development, education and leadership training. From hosting 4-H camps, band camps, weddings and gatherings of all sorts to offering hands-on experiences at the West Virginia Fire Academy, the Mill plays a critical role in shaping young leaders who will contribute to our communities for years to come.

But this historic site needs your help.

As with many cherished institutions, the deferred maintenance of cabins, facilities and infrastructure at Jackson’s Mill has accumulated over time. These structures, which serve as the backdrop for countless learning experiences, need renovations, repairs and upgrades to continue serving future generations. From essential improvements to camp cabins to making spaces more accessible, your support ensures that Jackson’s Mill remains a safe, welcoming space for all who visit.

Your generosity helps us address this immediate need and ensures that Jackson’s Mill can continue its tradition of excellence in youth development, emergency responder training and community engagement. Every gift, no matter the size, supports vital repairs and improvements to maintain the legacy of Jackson’s Mill as a premier educational and training facility in West Virginia.

Click the GIVE button to make a difference where it matters most! A gift as small as $5 helps fund important repairs—and every donation brings us one step closer to winning hourly challenges and keeping the Mill thriving for the next 100 years.
