School of Dentistry

At the WVU School of Dentistry, we strive to be the dental school of choice for students, faculty, staff and patients by developing an environment that fosters excellence in oral healthcare education and patient care.

When you make a gift—no matter the size or the fund—you help make an immediate impact for our School and those we serve, and a gift to one of the funds listed below can go even further to help meet our greatest needs.

Together, we can improve oral health one student and one patient at a time.

General Scholarship 2S123

The increased cost of education, and recent changes to federal student loans, is a barrier for many students. Especially challenging for DDS students, the national average student debt following dental school is nearly $300,000. Your investment in scholarships helps reduce the financial burden so students can focus on becoming clinically excellent, service-oriented clinicians.

Facilities Fund 2W686

With your help, the next generation of WVU dentists and dental hygienists will be trained in radically modernized facilities. Your support is essential to complete our extensive expansion and renovation project that is necessary to meet today’s oral health education and patient care needs.

Dental Century Fund 2U045

Offering flexibility to support all areas of the school, your gift to the Dental Century Fund, or the Dean’s Fund, allows us to meet the immediate and most pressing needs of our students, faculty, staff and patients.
