Why we need your support
As home to more than 6,000 undergraduate and graduate students, the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences is the heart of WVU. Our students are transforming into leaders ready to make the world a better place.
The diversity of our programs mirrors the diversity of our students’ aspirations. Our goal is to help turn those dreams into realities. Student loans and financial burden should not keep a student from taking advantage of a life-changing experience.
Last year, we awarded over $1 million in scholarship support to 500+ students. Along with these scholarships, we supported more than 212 students with funding for academic enrichment opportunities.
Your gift will allow us to continue — and grow — opportunities for our students.
How you can help
Giving to our areas of greatest need assures that we can continue providing the same resources in the face of changing economic realities.
- Greatest Needs
The Eberly College of Arts and Sciences Operations Fund allows us the flexibility to address our most pressing needs. Gifts to this fund support everything from student scholarships to support for enrichment opportunities that allow students to take learning beyond the walls of the classroom.
The Arts and Sciences Scholarship fund is our scholarship resource for greatest needs. Gifts to this fund provide tuition assistance that eases some of the financial burden students may face.
- Academic Enrichment Centennial Endowment
Each year, our Academic Enrichment program makes it possible for students to take the lessons they’ve learned in the classroom and apply them in the real world.
